| Notes | Account provided by Santander can be operated in branch, by telephone or online. Applicants need to be 18 or over and fund the account with at least £1,000 per month. 0% EAR typical overdraft will apply for the first year when you switch your account to us using our free Account Transfer Service. After the first year or if you do not switch the rate is 12.9% EAR (variable). If £1,000 is not credited each month into your bank account, the rate will be 19.9% EAR typical (variable). Your previous overdraft will be matched up to £5,000 (depending on your circumstances). You can have access to your account 24 hours a day, using internet and telephone banking. Unpaid item fee from £5 to £35 (depends on size of transaction). Unarranged overdraft monthly fee £25 (charged every month you use an unarranged overdraft). |
