Introductory rate applies for 12 months from account opening on balance transfers and money transfers (made within 90 days from the account opening date) and for 3 months on purchases. The charges are 3% handling fee (min £3) for balance transfers and 4% (min £3) for money transfers. British Heart Foundation receive contributions from card issuers MBNA Europe Bank Limited. £7.50 when you first use your card within 90 days of account opening plus 35p for every £100 you spend on card purchases. Account can be managed online. Card is issued by MBNA Europe Bank Ltd. No annual fee. After the 3 months intro period for purchases there is an interest free period of up to 50 days for purchases, if you pay your balance in full and on time. Interest on cash will be charged on a daily basis from the date transaction is debited to your account until paid in full. Interest on balance transfers will be charged on a daily basis from the end of any intro period.
