The Sunday Times (Business) Consumers can save £5,000 by overhauling their finances in 2010 to defy another year of salary gloom. There are also a dwindling number of deals available. Moneynet.co.uk comparison site, said the number of 0% deals had dropped from 71 in December 2008 to 57 last month.
