overdraft cost soars

The Daily Mirror (Main) The cost of an overdraft has increased by 10% over the last two years. Research from Moneynet.co.uk shows a £1,000 overdraft for six months in February 2008 would have cost £69.25, at an average interest of 13.85%. The same overdraft today would see costs increase to £76.63 at an average interest of 15.32%.
