Here is an easy way to think about Egg Money. Work out how much your bills and so forth cost each month. Now, how much have you got left to spend. Take that money and put it in your Egg Money account and you’ll get interest on any positive balances of 4% gross pa/AER variable. Use the card for all your spending and, you’ll also get cashback as well as all the other benefits. Typical rate of 12.9% shown but rates can vary up to 16.9%. Balance transfer handling fee of 3%. Earn up to 1% cash back on all purchases using your Egg Money Card (maximum £200 in each 12 month period paid to your account in March, refer for full details). Up to 20% Cashback and discounts with our selected online retailers. Application and card management are online only. You can choose to charge up your Egg Money account with the monthly direct debit you set up when you apply or with a debit card. Charges will be made if internet facilities are not used where appropriate. No annual fee. Interest free period of up to 50 days for purchases if you pay your balance in full and on time. Interest on balance transfers and cash withdrawals will be charged from the date the transaction is made until repaid in full.
