American Express and British Airways have launched new limited-time sign-up offers on three British Airways American Express^® Cards for eligible new Cardmembers. The offers are available until 6 October 2026, with up to 60,000 Avios available when eligible Cardmembers meet minimum spend requirements.

British Airways American Express^® Premium Plus Card offer¹

Eligible new Cardmembers who apply and are approved for the British Airways American Express^® Premium Plus Card on or before 6 October 2026 and spend £6,000 in their first three months can now receive 60,000 Avios – double the usual 30,000 bonus Avios available.

60,000 Avios is enough to get customers a return Reward Flight to New York in World Traveller (Economy), or a round-trip to Europe in Club Europe (Business)*, plus taxes and charges.

Once approved, Cardmembers spending £15,000 in a Card membership year can receive a Companion Voucher. This allows them to take a companion on the same flight – including World Traveller Plus, Club World (Business) and First – for no additional Avios. If travelling solo, they will receive a 50% discount on the Avios price for their Reward Flight. Cardmembers will also have access to additional Reward Flight seats in Club World when booking with a Companion Voucher.

Cardmembers collect Avios on their everyday spending, which can be redeemed against flights, hotels, car hire and more.

British Airways American Express^® Credit Card offer²

Eligible new Cardmembers who apply and are approved for the British Airways American Express^® Credit Card on or before 6 October 2026 and spend £2,000 in their first three months can now receive 10,000 Avios – double the usual 5,000 bonus Avios available.

11,000 Avios, plus £2.50 per person, is enough for a one-way Euro Traveller (Economy) Reward Flight from London to cities including Paris, Amsterdam, Nice and Geneva*.

Cardmembers collect Avios on their everyday purchases and when they spend £15,000 in a Card membership year they can also receive a Companion Voucher. This allows them to take a companion on the same flight in Euro Traveller or World Traveller (Economy), or if travelling solo, they will receive a 50% discount on the Avios price for their Reward Flight. The Card has no annual fee.

British Airways American Express^® Accelerating Business Card offer³

Eligible new Business Cardmembers who apply and are approved for the British Airways American Express^® Accelerating Business Card on or before 6 October 2026 and spend £5,000 in their first three months can receive 40,000 Avios.

Cardmembers also collect Avios on eligible purchases and, for every £20,000 they spend, they can get 10,000 bonus Avios (up to three times per calendar year).

From 7 October 2026, Cardmembers can receive up to £200 back in statement credits when they spend on their Card at Avios Hotels or Avios Car Hire.
